The Katipunan–One Ayala P2P bus service rolls out a revised weekday timetable on March 2, 2026, with one notable change: buses will no longer pass through C5-Kalayaan. Instead, they'll cut through Col. Bonny Serrano Avenue to access the EDSA bus lane — a tweak aimed at sidestepping congestion while linking UP Town Center in Quezon City to One Ayala in Makati more efficiently.

Three buses will operate in each direction, with departures timed around the morning and late-afternoon rush. Cashless payments via Mastercard are also in the pipeline, which should speed up boarding across the P2P network.

The route, operated by DNS Transport Group, resumed operations on December 18, 2025 after a suspension that began November 22, 2024.
