Following the warm response to its first gathering in the City of Pines, SIFCare (Science of Identity Foundation) is returning to Baguio City for its second Meditation & Wellness Experience of the year on Sunday, July 12, at 3 p.m. at Newtown Plaza Hotel.
Open to the public with free admission, the gathering invites people from all walks of life to pause, recharge and reconnect through an afternoon dedicated to inner well-being and mindful living.
Building on the success of its previous event, this year's program goes deeper with guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, guided relaxation, Acu Detox, music meditation and wholesome eats. Participants will also have the chance to connect with a community that values mindfulness, compassion and holistic wellness.
"We were deeply encouraged by the heartfelt response during our last gathering in Baguio," the organizers shared. "This event is our way of creating another space where people can slow down, experience genuine peace, and discover simple practices that support everyday well-being."
The Meditation & Wellness Experience reflects SIFCare's continuing mission to make wellness practices accessible to everyone. By offering the event free of charge, the organization hopes to encourage more people to explore meditation and holistic self-care in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Whether attending for the first time or returning after the previous gathering, participants can look forward to an afternoon of relaxation, reflection and meaningful connection. Registration is required to reserve a slot.
